What we are doing to stay safe during Covid-19...

To our valued guests;

As we reopen our doors and start this new way of operating we do ask that you try and help do your part as well. We require that you wear a mask during your visit and sanitize your hands with the sanitizer provided at the front desk. 

We ask that if you are not feeling well to please call and reschedule your appointment, as your and our team health is what is most important. 

We will be asking our team members to stay home if they are not feeling well or have any symptoms or flu-like symptoms, and in doing so we realize that some appointments will be rescheduled; We ask for your understanding and patience if this situation arises for you. 

We are so grateful for your love and support, and together we will all get through this and hopefully one day things will return to normal.

Work Station area:

  • We will clean and disinfect our stations before and after each client; chair, station, floor, all combs, brushes, scissors and clippers.

  • All towels and capes will only be used once, and will be changed for every client. Laundry will then be taken for laundry services and cleaning.

  • Esthetician will use single disposable implements, esthetic bed will be cleaned and disinfected after each client, paper roll on bed will be changed after each client.

  • All staff members will wash and sanitize their hands before and after each client.

  • Our shampoo area will be cleaned and disinfected after each client.

  • We will change gloves after each service, and will wash and sanitize our hands after gloves are removed.

Reception area:

  • We will clean and disinfect the reception and waiting area at the beginning and end of every day.

  • We will not have any magazines in the waiting area.

  • We will only allow one client in the reception waiting area, and ask clients to wait in their vehicles until their appointment time.

  • We will supply hand sanitizer at our front desk for client use and staff use.

  • Our stylists with complete payment transactions at the front desk and the disinfect reception counter, and anything touched by clients with a low-moderate disinfectant.

  • We will disinfect front door handles.

  • We will disinfect the restroom after each use; counter, taps, door handle, flush handle; followed by a full clean of bathroom at the end of each day.

  • We will DECLINE services to anyone showing symptoms, fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms, and reschedule appointments.

  • Our staff will not come to work if they are not feeling well.
